Cant level up i get error

everytime i have a good game ,when my xbox try,s to level me up i get the b--- j-- account has been corrupt you eill go back to pervise level L3 i can,t get pass the skull with blue eyes????

Follow the below steps to delete the corrupt file from your Black Ops 2 save section on your Xbox.
1. Go to System Settings, select Storage and then the device you use to save your games on ect (Most people use the Hard Drive).
2. Scroll down and look for the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 save section and press the A button to enter it.
3. Locate the corrupt file (Appears as a orange circle with an exclamation mark on) and delete the file.
After doing so, just reload Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and continue playing zombies, you should have no problem ranking up.

Yes!!!! I should have had the knife over a month ago but every time it always says it's corrupt and resets me to 3!
