If you're really 19, you should remember when the Xbox 360 was released, Xbox games slowly went away. They only support old consoles for a few months or a year at most.

New consoles are a huge upgrade usually, and it would actually waste money to develop for both consoles. You would have to accommodate for old hardware and software.

EX:
A team for making:
Old Xbox version
New Xbox version
PS3 version
PS4 version
Wii and Wii U(if ported)
PC version

Now how would paying all of those people make you money other then making a version for each platform?

Games will stop being made eventually and if you're as old as you say you are, you'll remember this has happened before. I'm 18 and I remember perfectly.


Anyway, I'll probably just keep my 360 for a few months. After I get a car and pay for my tattoo I'll buy the 720.

Solely because I want Fallout 4

I will get the xbox 720.

It's the newest "best" thing going to be out, why not get it.

I am English I spelled every word correctly and I don't use stupid words like 'IDK' and yes you could play on live on the original xbox you could on the PS2 but it was no where near as big as it is on the 360, and I am 19 years of age I left school with B's and C's and a few D's

Xbox 360 is far to big to stop production on games they won't stop production for 360 games till about 2-3 years after the 720 is out plus the no used games thing for the 720 will be a huge fail if it even happens

I think you will find that is also incorrect. Xbox 360 consoles will stop being produced as Microsoft will want everyone to pay more for the next gen consoles and that would mean that Xbox 360 games would be cheaper meaning game designers and producers would stop producing them for the 360 to get more people buying next gen consoles just to play the newer games thus making them more money. That's how businesses work, it's how money is made. I don't think it will be a huge fail at all. It's a massive gain for Microsoft, they'll make much more money from it and that's all these corporations and businesses are about now, money.

I agree with this post.. If the 720 does come out microsoft will definetly stop making games for the 360 so people will want the 720.

I'm going to stick with the 360. I like it cause I just now how to use it and I dont want to figure out a new console. Also if you need a different disc type I dont want to buy my games again.

If the 360 games don't work on the 720, I am for sure going to switch to the PS4. In the end, it is cheaper, and I really like the Playstation, but I have a lot invested into my 360.
