It's just disturbing in there. I'm glad I was at least smart enough to avoid the cp, but I saw many forums with people putting up hit lists and selling drugs. It's just so different from what we know is right.

its a joke about the OSI model saying the level 8 user is a idiot. the internet is divided into public and private ie internet and intranets TOR and other Intranet accessing tools will let you gain access to the private unmapped side of the of the digital world.The Deep web was created as with TOR by the US Navy R&D Department and was by virtue of funding shared with The People (Public) for their own use. The Darkest place's on the Internet/Intranets would be the old BBS servers that are still up and waiting to be dialed into through other means than a browser or TOR like apps.

Nope. You don't need to achieve any kind of mastery to get past Charter web. The problem is, Mariana's Web is not only non-indexed to TOR-like browsers, but is also encrypted to the point you can't simply raw break into the database. The servers are closed for a purpose, and not even half of the people mentioned above have made it to this level. To my knowledge, the only people who were confirmed to get there were both Julian Assange (Confirmed by WikiLeaks) and the "Akama" dude, under confirmation of Anonymous (May be veridic or not. You can't simply trust Anonymous in what they say).

Given that reason, you'll only get there if you know how to get into the database. And you won't know how to get there if you don't have a solid reason to, because this is what makes Mariana's Web the most famous reference to the deepest level of the Deep Web. Using some TOR crap will not make you any kind of 1337 person, because you'll still be inside your limits inside the Deep Web.

Pretty interesting read, I've been to level four before and some of the things their are not for the feint of hearted.

private nets are all over the place through tons of different mediums and most are invite only cause of the VIP quality ;)

only difference is approach with tor you are using a different layer for communication to access the "internet" through.
