I was banned for 12/31/9999 GT : ILiLCobra if you knkw how to unban me please do it. THANK YOU ANY WHOHEHELPS !

You can't be unbanned unless you convince an XBLPET to unban you. Call up Xbox Support and ask them why you were banned. XBLPET is really strict and will more than likely not unban you. It was your fault that you got banned. You were the one who broke the rules which you agreed to when you signed up to Xbox Live.
