Alright so My turtle beaches are not even three weeks old and I was just sitting in a party not doing anything but talking to friends and they made a static noise in my ears. It was pretty loud and I took them off and unplugged them from my controller (I saw it playing through the party chat and my friends commented on it) I have the turtle beach x32 headset and they won't turn on with fresh batteries or anything. Any suggestions or help would be awesome.
I also treat these things really nice and haven't dropped them or anything.

Sometimes mine did that because I had a wired controller.

My PS3 turtle beaches do that.
Although, my Xbox turtlebeaches are fine and I have them for 3 months.

Turtle Beaches have like a 1 year warranty, Take them back or if you have the receipt from where you bought it you should be able to get new ones.

I would just take them back and get a better brand. Turtle Beaches are awful and break all the time. I have a pair of Tritons and Astros and neither of them have broken since I have had them.
