You could try drilling it out. You would need to get a drill bit in the exact same diameter as the port though.

Try to find a very small screwdriver with a magnet head, Eyeglass repair kits usually have them in it. That'll to the trick bro.

use a long thin screwdriver and with a few goes, you should be able to get it out. sn))((
