Why is there people with 2 posts allowed to post fake websites and attempting to scam people and it doesn't get taken down but someone called Foul has plenty of vouches wants to do a giveaway gets reported and his topic gets closed.

sucks but that's the forums for you :/ i haven't been here long but people with their fake sites are really annoying and tbh i don't feel safe on a site where a community should stick togethor and make friends but instead we try and 1up each other? society is F&%^*$
