So are they going to start fresh with the gamertags so you can basically have any GT? Or is it still going to be as hard to find an OG as it is now?

You'll be keeping your gamertags, highly doubt you'll have to start fresh. It's like the original xbox gamertags, you were allowed to 'transfer' your account over.

I wouldn't mind seeing them start over with the profiles. There are to many inactive and banned accounts.

Lol... all non-banned accounts wont be reset. People will keep them. As when Xbox turned into Xbox 360 people kept their profiles, banned accounts were reset leaving their names free to take.
