Better LM such as Nani, Hazard, or Bale. Also you could get Kompany to replace Ferdinand.

I would change Oxlade Chamberlain to someone better such as Nani or Bale.

I would also get the remaining players in the right formation, as it looks kind of daft but if your not bothered about that, don`t change it.
