My motherboard came with an intergrated video card so I was wondering if these were good for my PC. I have a AM3+ Socket but I don't know if that's all I need to know if I'm replacing a motherboard. Also I was wondering If I need a new power supply?

If you have an AM3+ CPU, it'll fit in that selected AM3+ motherboard.

To determine if you need a new power supply or not, post it, not just the wattage, but the specific model.
