7950 is better but the 7870 is still a REALLY good card.

thanks just wondering cause the 7950 is 50 more and dont know if it is worth the extra money

You'll have to look at the benchmarks for the games you want to play and decide that for yourself. Both are the best at their respective price points.

Their both good, The 7950 being the better one.

Well normally, I'd say the 7950, however at 50 cheaper, and the powercooler running Tahiti giving it almost identical performance, then I'd say go with the 7870.

eh, at stock speeds, yes. OC'd, the 7950 is a much better choice.
