Well, my favourites are Gangplank, Caitlyn, Alistar, Jax and Tryndamere. But it all depends on how you like to play.

i think sona cuz she can do dmg and heal she helps from time to time =)

What do you play?

Honestly a "good champ" is really what you are practiced with but if you want snowball champs then

Jax
Riven
Katrina
Kha'Ziks
Xin Zhao
Vi

however if you are adc

Draven can win almost any lane in low skilled games
Caitlyn, Tristana and Vayne are amazing late game
MF and Twitch are broken
Ezreal has a flash on his e he has more leeway for mistakes in fights

If you are support
Janna can control team fights best
Taric is idiot proof
People can't dodge Blitz pull so its easy to zone/get adc fed
