I have 130,000 kills and only 4% of them are head shots. I have shotguns so maybe they aren't that important. Just a thought

Played with my friend today, got his shotguns after round 45 die rise, he maintained his stats for a week and he had been stuck on a knife for at least a month, so constant play and maintained high overall stats contributes effectively towards the ranking system
