If you don't ind me asking is this by JTAG and if so can this be done by USB as well. Another think is it a patch and do you know a new mod tool for MC Xbox 360 Edtition.

It is a JTAG. It is not a specific program other than Hex editor and horizon. It is new because it is the first to be on the latest update (TU8) AND have the Mipmap images correct.!!!!!
