So they were released around Christmas last year, and were only obtainable for like a week or so (discontinued)..
Also they were REALLY hard to get.
Anyway, I read in a few place that there is less of them in RS than Santa Hats.
I'm wondering if they will become rares or not, they don't look amazing, but still there is barely any of them in the game (compared to other rares)
Around the time they were released they were going for like 50-100m on the street, but over the week it began to drop in price, people bought them for 20m etc, I think after they were discontinued there was another rush of merchers to hoard them, so they went up a bit.
They have never stopped rising in price in the G.E, when they first came out the G.E price was like 1m or so, but they only sold on the street for 50x that.
They started going up on the G.E in January, but not very much (1m to like 4m beginning of February) But lately they've been REALLY going up...
They've been going up 500k-1m a day for the past week, and now they're really going up.
I bought a couple about 2 days ago on the G.E for about 10m, at that time the G.E price was about 7.3m (they didn't sell for less than 10 though)
Now in less than 2 days the G.E price has gone up to almost 10m (but they won't sell for that) I don't know the street price, but I'm not gonna sell mine any time soon ^^
I'd be surprised if they stopped rising in price any time soon, but if they did I won't be selling them anyway since they WILL become rares, even if it takes some time. There are less of them than most rares (exl phats)
I reckon they'll be worth a tonne next christmas ^^ I'll just keep it safe and sound in my bank 'till then.
Anyway, what does TTG think, did/do you have one? did you sell it? do you think they will keep rising in price? and what do you think they'll be worth in a few years
