I can buy a $30 game off the marketplace on Xbox, or I can get anywhere from $20-$40 from gamestop.

I already have all the CoDs, Halos, Battlefields,

I'm not into sports besides baseball,

Since it wasn't on your list, I strongly recommend Far Cry 3. Best game of 2012

Hmmmm. Personally I don't want any games that are out now. I am waiting for GTA V. It's going to be good.
