Hello everyone, i was wondering if anyone would have the same issue as me or if they resolved it, alright so, whenever i try to make anything hamachi related it doesnt work, i tried minecraft hamachi servers, world of warcraft hamachi servers, gmod hamachi servers, port forward server, but none work, but the second i team view my friend and set up a hamachi server the way i tried on mine, it works instantly, idk why his works and mine doesn't, i can guarantee its my router for some reason, ive had this issue for years and years,. For some reason i can't host public servers for any games, if anyone has a solution i would very much appreciate it, thanks

Did you open both TCP and UDP on the ports? I can team view with you or something. I may be able to help.

even so, my friend hasn't touched his router/modem ever, and its his first time using hamachi. And there is no port forwarding with hamachi, yet his work and mine doesn't. (yes i included both tcp/udp)

Check the routers and your computers firewall. Its sounds like yours, router or computer, is blocking external connections.

yeh i logged into my router, and disabled the firewall, i tried that, but i dont know about my computers firewall... i also unchecked the box in the router where it say "Block anonymous connections" or something like that, in the security tab.

Thats all i can do for ya, bud. Sorry. I have never used a hamachi server so i dont know those at all. If the firewalls werent the problem than its probably something to do with the server itself.

honestly tp, all you do is open hamachi, create a network and thats it. it take literally 2 minutes and anyone can do it, but as simple as it seems, i did exactly what i did for my friend, except it worked for him and not me...
