Yes, it's possible. Won't be able to play as good with as many FPS, but yes. It's possible.

i have a asus k53e. intel i5 and i can run but i get around 35 fps on low setings.

bull shit my pc has a gtx 670 i7 3770k and 8 gbs of ram and I run everything on the right and left maxed and the middle row on high and I get lag if I put it any higher so that Mac must be better than a built pc unless your saying you play on like low or medium
