When I try to go to T-bone junction it says my disc is unreadable can someone help me?

You may just need to take it out and wipe it down then put it back. I sometimes see that error and it generally fixes it. If not try turning off the xbox leaving the game in the console. Then start the game and see what happens. both things have worked for me with this pesky error. (of course if you have really scratched the disk then you may need to get it resurfaced or a replacement) Good luck
