Ground War Method
For the Ground War method their will be multiple choices for your scorestreaks depending on your Kill Death ratio. Note (You don't have to use the certain scorestreaks suggested for your KD)
KDR'S 0.00-1.00:UAV,Hunter Killer,Counter UAV
KDR's 1.00+:UAV,Orbital VSAT,EMP System
Why we should use these? You should use these scorestreaks because when you call one in and another teammate gets a kill, you'll get 10+ score,and with eight other teammates in Ground War you can get up to 250-500+ score for just calling in your UAV!
Suggested Class:
FAL:Red Dot,Select Fire
LightWeight
Toughness
Extreme Conditioning and Dexterity
Perk 3 Greed
Semtex
Black Hat

How to do this method: To do the Multi-Team Hardpoint method, you need a full team of three people and you need to go into a "Multi-Team" game and keep backing out until you find one. When you join the hardpoint match, you're going to want to be the first one in the hardpoint. If you're the first person in it you'll see you get a "Hardpoint Secure" and you'll get 200 points going to your scorestreak. Once you're in the hardpoint, get out and wait for another person to get into the hardpoint. (You'll know when another person's in the hardpoint because it'll be glowing DARK RED. Once someones in the hardpoint you're going to want to kill that person and you'll get another hardpoint secure. Then just keep repeating that.
Suggested Class:
PDW/MSMC:Laser Sight,Fast Mags
Lightweight,Hardline
Toughness
Dexterity,Extreme Conditioning
Perk 1 Greed, Perk 3 Greed
Combat Knife

SharpShooter Method
Before you even attempt this method, it's suggested that you're level is 30+ due to the weapons switching a lot.
How to get to Sharp-Shooter? Public Match>Party Games>Sharp-Shooter
It's suggested that you unlock all the weapons before you do Sharp-Shooter so you can rankup most of your guns due to the weapon switching a lot in the gametype.
Mostly all you try to do in this is get a lot of kills.
I find this most efficient because I get about 10k XP per game and each game is 5 minutes, which in 30 minutes you can get 60k+ Xp.
(Their's no suggested class due to you can't choose your class in this gametype.)

KD's 1.00+ Lightning Strike,AGR,Stealth Chopper
The "Kill Confirmed" method is just playing Kill Confirmed BUT you MUST get the "Dog Tags" that each player drops when they're killed, if not it will minimize your XP by a lot. In one game of Kill Confirmed I got up to 20,153 XP with only 25 Kills, but I got 33 dog tags.

Favorite Gun:Favorite Attachments
Lightweight,Ghost
Toughness
Extreme Conditioning
Five Seven or BT3R

Capture The Flag Method
For the CTF Method please note that this method to rank up fast isn't playing the objective.
In the CTF Method you're going to want to get the flag and just run around and get kills with it, you should do this because each time you get a kill while holding the flag you get 200+ score going to your scorestreaks making it extremely easy to get those high scorestreaks that a lot of people can't get.(Swarm,Dogs,VTOL)

Challenges
In your Barracks if you check out your challenges you'll see that their's a lot that you've not completed.. Complete them! If you have a IPhone download the COD Elite app and log in and go to your challenges. Then click on the little bar and their will be something in there that says "Nearest" click on it and it'll show you the challenges that you're really close to completing that could be about 500XP to 10,000 XP!

Prestiging your weapons
I HIGHLY suggest you prestige your weapons because if you prestige your favorite gun that you're really good at using, you can rankup that gun even more giving you about 500+ each level you get on the gun. So at level 1 you'll get 500Xp, level 2 will give you 1,000 Xp and etc.. Also the "Weapon Mastery" gives u 10,000 XP! (You get the weapon mastery if you prestige your gun twice)

Gametypes NOT to play
These gametypes i'm suggesting you to not play due to it being a low amount of XP per game. (NOTE:This is just my opinion you can play anything that you'd like too)
Team Deathmatch:I don't suggest TDM because of the score limit of 75 kills, which allows each player to get between 0-25 kills each game which will give you about 5,000 Xp a game in 10 minutes.
One in the chamber/Gun Game/SticksNStones:I don't suggest playing these party games because i've played these gametypes and the most xp you could probably get per game is between 0-5,000XP.

League Play
If you're not the greatest player and you want to rank up fast just play league play, I suggest league play because no matter how good or bad you do you'll always get a pretty high amount of XP. If you win you automatically get 10,000Xp. If you lose you get 7,500XP automatically.

Thanks, if you really want to maximize your XP for kill confirmed you could also do it in "Ground War" and use the equipment "Black Hat" for taking down UAV's.

Copy and paste? Really.. Just because I make a few errors in the font placing doesn't mean I copied and pasted this.. I also find it annoying that you think my hard work into this topic is a copy and pasted topic..

3 Different font sizes, font types, Even the "titles" of the sections are different...
Nice fix on the font size, now fix the rest.
EDIT: if you're going to copy paste something, 1. Give Credit. 2. Make it look Legit. and 3. Don't get mad when someone catches you copy pasting.
