So I recently jailbroke my iPhone 5 iOS 6.1 and then got bored with it and updated my phone to iOS 6.1.2 (came out like yesterday or so?) and now have a non-jailbroken iPhone 5.

Today I got a project in Spanish 3 class, where I have to do a How-To speech over something I know a lot about.
(which i used to be a jailbreaking king ;) ) So I want your opinions.

So my questions:

Is jailbreaking still "legal"

Is it a good idea to do a presentation over it?

Whats the news about jailbreaking iOS 6.1.2?

I believe I will have further questions but I will edit it if I do.

it is legal in US it woud be interesting to your class tbh, i would enjoy it haha maybe give a demo?

It's Legal UNLESS it was bought after the date of Jan. 22 2013.

Jailbreaking your iPhone will always be legal. What PcGamingnation is confusing with is unlocking. They are two unrelated the things.

You can still jailbreak your iPhone 5 on 6.1.2

the us government found jailbreaking to be perfectly legal, it will never be illegal a court case made this clear. what is illegal is to pirate apps

i dont see how this has anything to do with spanish lmfaooo, are you gunna be speaking the entire speach in spanish or something.

Is jailbreaking still "legal"? Yes, Jailbreaking is 100% legal. The US Supreme Court has ruled that jailbreaking is not breaking the DCMA Rules and Regulations. Only Apples Rules and Regulations

Is it a good idea to do a presentation over it? As long as your teacher is cool with it.
