I had the same problem.
First of all, download Xbox 360 Neighborhood. This will allow you to open up XBOX related files in Visual Studio(s).
Second you need to extract ANY files you want to work with to the desktop, or else you will not be able to open them.
Hope this helped.

XeXSonic wroteHmm. I'm fairly sure when you download Xbox Neighborhood you get the option to run xbox related files on your computer. Are you running the right file in the folder? Try running the dll_load.sln, if you weren't.Botch wrote I had the same problem.

I'm almost sure I have you on Skype so just ask me on there, but on topic just redownload and it should fix issues if your not using visual studio 10; use that instead I'm pretty sure the older versions of sdk don't like working with newer versions of visual studio.

Se7enSinsJTAG released the Gulpsy v1 source. Try that, and you'll get an idea.
