Does your computer make any sounds after turning it on?

2 things could be wrong:

1.) Your PSU might not be distributing enough wattage to all the peripherals.

2.) You've got a bad mobo

I got an old PSU, 240W.
Powers a 500 GB WD Caviar HDD, 4 RAM memories, 3x1GB and 1x2GB.
and a Nvidia GeForce GT 420.

Always worked before and then i had a extra fan + a DVD drive plugged in.

1.)If you just changed your chassis you could have forgotten to plug something back in.

2.) try running it without the extra items.

I have doublechecked that i have plugged everything in.

Also i have tried running it with 1GB Ram and the HDD only. Didnt help at all.

It could be that you shocked your mobo while working with it.
If you remove the last RAM and still no sounds, then the mobo is definitely bad

It has started beeping some times. So im pretty sure it still works. The fan still works on the graphics card.

Another thing is that when my PC is off, My TV says "No cable input" and when i start it it says "No Signal". So i got no clue whats wrong. I have tried changing to my old half-broken graphics card and running it with VGA and it still doesnt help.

well when it says no input, it means that no signal/power whatsoever is going to the TV, No signal means that the TV is receiving power/signals, but no video signal.

For the mobo beeping, what does it sound like? (I.E. happy chirp, or 3 beeps repeating, etc.)
