ok so i had another account for xbox live but i got permanently banned from forza 4 so i made another account but i didn't mod it am i console banned and if i am can i buy a new xbox and be unbanned please tell me i just wasted 50 dollars on a new account

I think they ban your IP, I'm not sure though.

no they dont ip ban you so you could go get annother xbox but,
rumour has it that they keep your ip monitored and just make sure you dont do the same again
im not one to beleive it but it could be true

Have you even tried to play the game on your new acct? I believe it should be able to play just fine.
