Does anyone know how i would partition my hard drive so i have 16gb for accounts and other things and the rest of the hard drive for game files and other unsigned stuff? Tried having 2 partitions but the xbox still picked it up as 1

To my knowledge you can't have 2 patricians on the xex menu or the Xbox. It won't recognize it.

You know you can put unsigned stuff on your hard drive right? It just won't show up in the retail dashboard. You have to access the content from FSD or XeXMenu.

I have not tried it but you may be able to make a FAT32 partition by first formatting it to your xbox, then hook the hard drive up to your computer using a SATA to USB connector (NOT a transfer cable). Then try to create a new partition on it through device manager.
