There are a select few reasons an 8350 might be a better option, but still, the 3570K is the way to go. You also won't be overclocking with that board (unless you buy VRM heatsinks for it) or without an aftermarket cooler, so you could get a locked i5, cheaper motherboard, and stick with stock cooling to save more money.
The 670 or 7970 would both be much better choices than the 680. Also, this is clearly a prebuilt PC, so why can't you or whoever this is for build it?

If your not graphics editing you shouldn't need 16 gigs of ram but looks like a fine build and I'd go with what root said about a gpu I have a 670 and it runs everything I throw at it on bf3 all max I get 80-100 fps on average but I keep vsync on because I get screen tearing and 2 tb hdd might be to Mutch depending on what your doing and I think I saw that pc before is it like an I buy power or one of the per built hp's because my friend bought a prebuilt hp and its alright and how Mutch are you paying for that
