I have NBA 2K13 and it's my favorite game right now. I don't know much about the other games you listed, but I know NBA2K13 is amazing.

Nba 2k13 I had madden 13 and it gets really boring really quick to me personally nba has more variety of things to do

I've been a hockey fan all my life, so I would say NHL 13. Plus it's a good game anyways.
