If they are found in both then isnt 48 > 20 even if legendaries have 50% higher chance than offseason? (made that up but the %age would have to be higher than 50 for legendaries to have them more often)

Nah yeah I was thinking that too. Plus, Legendaries haven't been friendly with me in the past lol.
