Do u need 2 PS3s to jailbreak? and has anyone been banned cause of it? are the chances of getting banned high?

one ps3 is need people use two to data transfer but you dont need two ps3s and depending on the games you go on are the chances of being banned for example cod4 5% chance black ops2 85%
