Wormholes are probably the "easiest" way to do it, but I doubt we'll know how to do it with them within 200 years and it's not even proven that they connect to others I don't think. There's always a chance of something going wrong and if you've destroyed the particles of the person and something goes wrong in re-assembling them, your screwed.

If you mean switched places in an instant then no. I do belive that somone in the future there will be a machien which will serperate all our bodies particals and shoot them off somewhere really fast.

But not 200 years id say 600
