Does anyone know if when you prestige the first time after getting it... can you use fresh start to erase the 10000 deaths and get everything back to as if youve never played before? Or do they take away the option to do that?

They take away all the prestige awards no extra class no refund tokens and no reset

You do actually have the chance, but i don't know if it's the same prestige for everyone. I got reset like you, and once prestiged the first time there was no option to reset, however there was once i prestiged for the second time. So the opportunity is still there.

you could do the glitch again and then reset yourself straight away. that may work?

They will instant unlock extra coustom class for you and a perk/wep... they did that for me tho
