Yes, it's true! You will now be able to talk to your friends or other players in game chat like party chat on xbox! This is BIG NEWS! This will take the main purpose of Xbox chat paying for it , worthless if the PSN network will remain FREE! So this might finally make PS4 better! I hope everyone is excited about this!
