3770K > 3770
16 GB RAM?
Seagate Barracuda > WD
Weird PSU to buy

Can you say what you're using it for? And what was your budget?

Well my main purpose is gaming. But im also into architecture and engineering, I use programs like cad, inventor, revit, and hopefully some day learning the in's and out of photoshop. I'm trying not to exceed the price of $2000. This will be my college and years after that computer so im looking to have something smooth and will be up to date for awhile... Like I said im just a noob to all this. Hope this helps Thanks =)

What will you be using this for? I can probably recommend you do these things:

-Get a 3570K and Enermax ETS-T40-TB instead of the 3770.
-Go with 8GB of RAM instead of 16. You can get it cheap in a combo with the CPU if you're buying from Newegg.

And I can definitely recommend you do these things:

-Ditch the Blu-Ray burner unless you'll actually use it. Be realistic; you save money when you are.
-Get an Asrock Z77 Extreme4 instead of the Sabertooth board.
-Get a different case like an NZXT Tempest 410, Fractal R4, CM HAF 912, or NZXT Phantom, to name a few good options.
-Get a Rosewill HIVE-650 if you get the 7970.
-Keep the WD Black for its warranty and longevity if you can afford it.
-Keep the 840 Pro.
-If you can use Nvidia's CUDA technology, get a GTX 670.

Everything seems fine, just get the 3770K.

Ignore everyone about the RAM. If youre doing engineering and architecture youll probably need 16GB.

Note that I gave both of those suggestions as things I could "probably" recommend.
