I am willing to try any new sport or hobbie because i think its time to start something new i already go to the gym to do weights and fitness, i play rugby for the local club and school and i also do karate! i will try anything new please give me some ideas i cant think of any...

I was going to say this, except the longboarding part. Considering I skateboard.

Skateboarding is amazing and never gets boring, you never get to an end because it's an endless and independent sport. Check out this video.



EDIT: Skateboarding definitely helps out your leg muscles.

I said the longboarding part if he doesn't want to learn skateboarding, or doesn't want to put effort in it.

You could just try football. You do the same amount of cardio if not more than you would in rugby (depending on the position you'd play).

I would consider mountain biking, i also play rugby and it really is a great thing to do, especially along certain trails as the sun is beggining to set can be really great.

not being offensive but start MMA. Karate is out dated now MMA is perfect and well its very good for self protection and fighting and Is very Hard core training as leading up to fights you have to work your ass off i started about 13 months ago and its help me alot i when i spar with my mates who are boxers, kick boxers and judo i beat them all almost everytime its a really good sport to get into

Try lacrosse its a fun sport, but it can be expensive depending on what you buy for equipment
