I am not forcing him to download this nor did I make the file. It can be used for "educational use" if you own the game therefore have the right to download any form of the game. I am not just giving the link to him but I am giving it to everyone that has the game and to the people that don't well that's there risk.

I may know it but I am not forcing him to download it that is at his own risk. I on the other hand do own it. Like I said I wasn't releasing it to him I was releasing it to everybody. Also in some countries Piracy IS LEGAL and I don't know where he/she lives so it can be used for educational use.
