I have been having a few Lucid Dreams the past few nights, and i have googled and have not really found much out. I don't know whether i should be worrying or getting scared. I also keep having the same dream over and over, people dying, myself getting shot and all people i know getting killed or injured in different ways? I am really worried!

Don't be. People have these kinds of dreams for many reasons. I had a lucid dream once that I witnessed my mom getting injured, around 5 years later nothing of the sort has happened. Have you been watching to many scary movies, maybe to much to eat before you go to bed? Trust me, nothing will happen. Try to change some of your sleeping habits, if the dreams are bothering you a lot.

If you learn how to control your lucid dreaming, you can have a great time. Go to a library and see if you can find any books on the subject. Or, just scour the internet more!

I wish I could lucid dream! ):

Your blessed to be able to lucid dream, but I think your confused on the definition of lucid dreaming. It simply means that you are aware that you are dreaming and can control your dream just by thinking of what you want to see or do.

Worried about lucid dreaming? No not at all, I've taught myself to lucid dream and do it most every night. Learn to control them real well and you can live what ever life you want when sleeping, it's awesome.
