I have a feeling you are right! Nice Work! Now we need a step that follows :/

For anyone trying to get through this stage, if this is the case, the first number corresponding with a rule, and the second number being the word in that rule, and the 3rd number being the letter in that word, you'll get the phrase: THETECHGAME HUNLER if I went wrong feel free to correct me, otherwise, work on finding the next step.

Just sent my first answer, got a couple others ways, but i had a feeling it was the one i sent. Could be wrong but always worth a try.
