I have an AMD HD 7310 graphics card and 4 GB of ram I know it's not the best but I was expecting to play at a higher FPS then 23.... It fluctuates from 10-25....
So any tips to get my FPS higher ?
I'm running on windows 8.

Change the video settings so the environment quality and character quality and shadows and stuff are low?
