I doubt that you have a screen at 1920x1080 on a laptop, but we'll just assume you do.
TF2- playable frames, you might have to tweak the settings a bit
cod 4- low settings, 45 fps

Neither. The games do not support such low resolutions, and even back in the day when the 128 was released, it was old news then. You can't game with this card.

BF3- max setttings, 60+fps
Borderlands- Max, 55+fps
