We are running a Role-Play Server for Xbox 360. We have a small little town with house's, appartments, store's, and a bank. This almost like real life we have some stuff that you have to follow. This is meant for a fun and real life expereience. So please don't ruin that.

GENERAL RULES/GUIDELINES:
(You may be banned or suspended)

- Don't excessively swear, spam, or generally annoy any member. This is a MATURE atmosphere, but trolls WON'T be tolerated!!

- Currently the MINIMUM age for our normal members is 13. (This can, and probably will change.) All admins must be at least 15 years old. The preferred age is 18 and up. If we feel you're too immature, you'll be banned, or suspended.

- Don't start flame wars about religion, race, gender, sexuality, etc. (ban, suspend)

- This is not a all time PvP you may only kill in the nether. The nether is a enter at your own risk type deal. DO NOT kill outside the nether. (ban, suspend)




- We have do not tolerance for thieves on our property. If you're caught stealing from us, you'll be sent to prison for a while then if your do it again you will be banned immediately.




- If you're caught trespassing on certain Admin land, you'll be banned. The only players who have the authority to enter ANY private property belonging to the host, are Admin. (Private Property is Marked With a Obsidein barrier.)




- Any form of cheating is highly illegal. You'll be banned without question. This keeps our server Role Player friendly, and creates a more realistic atmosphere. What's the point of playing, if you're gonna cheat? Creative mode will be available once a week, so please just be patient and don't upset our servers atmosphere. Administration may spawn stuff for server development purposes ONLY.





- We have a marketplace, where all our members can trade their items with one another. If you're caught using this Admin protected space for ANYTHING other than mutually agreed upon trades, you'll be banned immediately. The market place is not built yet it is a work in progress. There is a trader that you can sell anything to for now and you can trade with the general store.

Admins have final say at ALL times on the server, Always do what an Admin says, unless it conflicts with the other rules posted here. Don't insult, argue, or lie to any Admin. We have ZERO tolerance for disrespect - of any kind. Do NOT ask admins for items, or personal favors. No admin will ask you for your account information, or in-game items. Also, They will never force you to build anything you don't want to. Admins may be attacked in the nether. Unless otherwise stated by me.


If you feel like you've been treated unfairly by our Admins, please report it to me personally - in a private message. No member - other than an officially appointed Admin - has any authority over our members. All Admins report immediately to me only.
