Black Ops 1:

No bans so far, there were bans from a previous shop (bans not by me). The bans were due to too many accounts being recovered on one console, not due to the mods. I am the safest person able to do Black Ops 1 at the moment, because everyone else does it with an online JTAG/RGH/DEVKIT, I however do it safely from the comfort of my retail console.

Black Ops 2:

I've been testing accounts with modded stats for months, and still have no reported bans. However when modding anything there is always a risk that you take, so be warned!
