Can I use this graphics card?

Or do I need to get a better PSU? If I do, what would you suggest?

What is the make and model of the power supply. Wattage means nothing if it isn't quality. Also, the "pc" you posted is a i7 3770 cpu.

With a 3770 and a no name 430w psu, I wouldn't trust it with a 7870. And buy a 7870 le instead, it's basically a 7890 or 7930. It's based off the tahiti architecture used in the 7950 and 7970. It's much faster than a standard 7870.

For a card like the 7870 LE/XT, go with a quality ~500w unit like this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Pricing's not the best at the moment, unfortunately.
