when i try to sign in it says im my system is banned or temporaly suspended. i havent recieved a email from sony either... plz help

If they say you've been banned, then common sense would tell you that you are indeed banned...If it says something like "Cannot connect to PSN", then you may be skeptical, but this seems pretty straight forward.
