Mimz wrote I also grew up in a strict religious family. No tattoos or piercings. Couldn't drink certain beverages. I wasn't allowed to watch certain movies and play certain games. When my parents split, my grandparents kicked my mom, my brother and I onto the streets. I still went to church and on the weekends I went with my father.
Eventually I questioned my religion and stopped going to church. My grandparents saw this as the first straw. When I went to rehab, my grandparents blamed my mother. They pretty much cut me out of their life, every Christmas and Birthday they would refrain from purchasing me anything and my cousin became a favorite. They let me live on the streets instead of helping us in any way. My father is pretty much the same, all because I'm not religious and I didn't live up to their expectations. That's how cruel religious people tend to be.
I can't even count how many times I've heard excuses referring to dependency on the existence of a god. It's all because of the consistent brainwashing of children into religious beliefs.
Also, a cool atheist youtuber. Thund3rfoot
Damn dude, and you've never given in. Much respect for you, and just proves how terrible religion can be and how much damage it can inflict.

I wouldn't even blame religion. I'd blame the followers and the people who teach it.

No one should be forced to follow a religion, I am a Christian and there is so no solid evidence that it is real, but that is the concept of faith.

I think religion is a joke. Most children think it's wrong to not believe in god because their parents believe in god and kinda brainwash them into thinking he's real. I wonder how people came up with god making the earth, It seems like a bunch of nonsense.

Great theory Amen, I myself am agnostic, but more on the atheist side. I would like to believe that there is a "God" but I think there's more proof in science showing there isn't a "God" out there.

Question on your last picture you linked, the titles were different from default TTG. Is there a way to do that?
On the Religion matter I feel as if people pray to some god they hope is up there listening to them complain and bitch about how bad they're life is just because they got fired from a job or something. Look at people that actually need help and do something about your life instead of crying.

Religion to me is an excuse to give people hope, in a world torn apart by Religion.
I'm so against Religion it's unreal, to me it is the stupidest thing i've ever heard of, but that's my opinion.

Religion is just the oldest form of politics ,Mass control and a great way for those at the top to horde wealth and power.
Imagine what we as a species could achieve if we all had self belief rather than belief in something that isn't real .

I've always said that too much credit is given to God instead of a person.
