Hey guys, so i gave my friend my old xbox and he just made an account and for some reason the family settings were put on and he cant turn it off or whatever.. so does anyone know how to take it off or something? Really need ur help guys thanks

If he has the parental account details then all he has to do is enter it. If not, contact Microsoft.

He can call Xbox Support and sort it out from there, but he'll probably need the info for the account and all. Like the password to get through the parental thing.
