is there any cfg that has real unlock all? or is there something you have to do to get it to work?

I don't but i can tell you how you can get it you need to download a file for unlock all its usually called unlockall.cfg
Then you put the files on the root of your USB like any other cfg file
Then somebody hosts it as an infection then you go to splitscreen then turn online unlocks on then start it
Then booooooooooom you have everything
