So I originally made the fatal mistake of buying an Alienware computer and hated it after one year so this will be my new build!

Please give any recommendations and or comments on this build!

both will work but the ASUS Rampage IV Formula
would be better if it had more spacing between the PCI slots

Yea PCI spacing is the main reason I'm redoing my computer since my GPUs are oversized so they need the extra space so it needs about the standard space of 1 card + a half of another card

So the Rampage looks like it would fit the cards with breathing room I just need to make sure the motherboard would work with the CPU and the slots work just not sure if generation matters.

true true, if i was you i would just read some of the reviews, they do help a lot actually, it says it Core i7 (LGA2011) CPUS,so i wouldnt see why wouldnt it.

If you want to spend less, the Asrock X79 Extreme6 is a great choice. For $220 it's hard to beat. Have a look at this article:

Why in the world would you get a 3960x? Get a 3930k, practically same performance for around $500.

I'm more interested to know how you obtained all the money for these parts. Give a college student making minimum wage some money making tips.

Money really isn't too much of a factor, I'm just looking for a machine that will be top notch for multiple years rather than getting budget parts and upgrade them every few years.

I do high end graphic design and complete game design so to do things like that requires enormous power

Get into something you can do in your spare time that doesn't require any investment other than time. Such as video editing or 3D model design. You can pirate programs till you can buy them yourself then make enough to upgrade the hardware.

Then I also run game servers for different types of games that produce vast net profits each month that is then reinvested into marketing strategies to improve profits for next month. Then again I am limited to what I can do at age 16.
