Ok, so I've been looking all over the internet to find out how to mod GTA 4 for xbox (for multiplayer). I've watched millions of youtube videos, searched on google, and can't understand how so many people have been able to mod it as I can't find anything helpful. I'm a noobie so please be fully basic. Is it possible to use a USB Flash Drive to mod it, that would be much prefered. I don't want someone telling me to like open up my whole xbox because that's ridiculous. Cheers.

You have to open your console to mod the multiplayer like you see people doing all the time. If you're not willing to do that then there is no reason to continue learning to mod it.
