hey guys just wanna know any tips to get rid of this pain in my nose i got yesterday , when i breathe i get a shooting sinus pain up my left nostril, it kills

This could maybe be blocked or something, blow it hard

It is probably just a dry nose. Your house may not be that humid. Go out and get a humidifier, might help.
