Ask your school to sign one. If you have bad grades or get in trouble alot you might not get one. They want to see if your responsible enough to have a job. After you get a slip you might have to go to all of your classes and have the teachers sign them.

Not a whole lot of stuff that you can do when your 14, maybe you can deliver papers or something. That's what I used to do when I was ten.

Well, I'm 17 and when I was 14 I was working at a supermarket as a stockboy. So maybe go to your local supermarket and ask if they need anyone to help work there

Just stay at school and get good grades.Then you have more chance of getting a better,higher paid job in the future.

Depends on where you live, you can't get a workers permit until 15 and you're parents need to be making little money for you to get one. (Workers permits are so you can work at a younger age to help out with your family) Just wait a year and you can get a real job, plus save some. I have the same problem (need $1,000 by the end of the year)

Go to McDonalds or any fast food restaurant and ask if they need their bathrooms cleaned sometimes they let you and give like 10 bucks
